Huge lot of legos - over 450lbs

Huge lot of legos. Selling everything as one lot! Most is sorted by color. Small organizers are filled with small pieces sorted by shape. Three boxes of manuals (cannot guarantee that all the original sets are in there or complete). Hundreds of minifigures (at least 300 built, and another around 400 disassembled). The bins and boxes with bulk legos weighted at 453 lbs (without boxes with manuals and minifigures parts and minifigures themselves)

$5,000 is what I am looking for, but make me a reasonable cash offer if you can pick up quickly. I am a motivated seller.
